1. Schlumberger Foundation
The Faculty for the Future Program extends funding to women pursuing doctoral or postdoctoral studies in science from emerging economies. Women pursuing their higher studies in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) are eligible to apply for the same. The aim is to encourage more women to pursue science and higher education. Selected candidates must return to their home countries after the completion of their degree. Candidates are eligible for funding ranging between $40,000 and $50,000.

2. PEO International
The US-based organisation has several funding programs for women pursuing graduate degrees. The International Peace Scholarship is for international students who have enrolled in colleges in the United States or Canada. To qualify for this scholarship, a student must have one full year of coursework remaining. Doctoral students who have completed their coursework and are working on their dissertation will not qualify for the first scholarship.

3. Margaret McNamara Education Grant
This grant is for international women pursuing graduate studies in the US, Canada or some select universities in Latin America and South Africa. To be eligible, a student must be at least 25 years old and committed to improving the lives of women and children in their home country. They must also be enrolled with the relevant visa to a university in these countries.

4. Zonta International
This organization is committed to the cause of advocating women’s rights and education. As an Indian female student, you may be eligible to apply for different scholarship programs depending on your field of interest. This scholarship is open to students pursuing studies in aerospace, business, technology, and public affairs. Depending on the program you apply to, you will have to meet the necessary eligibility criteria.
