Vibha Kagzi holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science from Carnegie Mellon University.

She has also pursued courses at the University of California (Berkeley), London School of Economics, Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, Indian School of Business and Xavier’s Institute of Communications.

She is also a certified Leadership coach from Coach for Life, USA. At Harvard, she co-wrote a case for the Negotiations Department, which has been incorporated in the teaching curriculum at the school. 

Her professional experience spans finance, fashion, media, and public relations. She has worked in New York for BlackRock Securities, an asset management firm, spent time with her family business in the fashion accessories industry and helped establish a California-based hedge fund in India.

She is a 3 times Ted X speaker with a published talk on Is Ivy League the passport to success? in 2022, and Break the Career Code: Make the Future work for you in 2024, and The Algorithm of Aspiration: Education and Careers in a Post-AI World in 2026.

Vibha spoke at Davos, Switzerland, about the Future of Work, and has been felicitated at several prestigious forums, including the Government of Maharashtra’s National Startup Day, Kala Ghoda Festival, IIT’s, Teach for India, YPO, IEEE Leadership Summit & several other top colleges, schools and corporations.

Moreover, Vibha is an avid trekker, scuba diver, certified yoga trainer, trained classical singer, table tennis pro & has visited 70+ countries across 6 continents.
