my advice

This job is very demanding and requires critical analyzing, real time based monitoring, counseling skills, innovative thinking within the periphery of rules and regulations, auditing abilities, impartial approach etc. This job gives opportunity for participation on Decision Making, implementation, cross checking for compliance of issues directly related to safety of passengers. It needs hard work, willingness to move any time, full devotion, dedication and ability to find deficiencies. However, at the end of the day, it gives you satisfaction as you ensure safety of your customers and minimize loss to railway staff and property.
