The Harvard 2+2 is for Undergraduate or Master\u2019s students in their final year of study. As the name suggests, it consists of full-time work experience for two years before enrolling with the MBA program for two years. The work experience may also extend up to four years and depends on a candidate\u2019s profile. \nSimilar to a normal MBA application, you will have to draft one for the 2+2 as well. A 2+2 application fee is reduced as compared to a regular MBA. To complete the app, the following will be required:<\/p>\n

a) Standardised Tests<\/a>: Being a top B-school, top scores in the GRE or GMAT are the starting point of your application. If you are enrolled in an educational institute where the medium of instruction is not in English, proof of English proficiency by way of TOEFL, IELTS or PTE are required.
\nb) Essay<\/a>: An essay that answers the application question and highlights important aspects of your personality are a must, to complete your deferred MBA application
\nc) Recommendations<\/a>: Similarly, you require two Letters of Recommendation to accompany and influence your profile. This is a great opportunity to boost your application.
\nd) Resume<\/a>: A resume similar to what you would use during a job search can be sent in with your college application. Make sure that it is updated and clearly presents your skill set, achievements and result-based contribution to an organisation.<\/p>\n

2. Application News Updates 2020<\/strong>
\nIn light of the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic<\/a>, Harvard University has announced certain relief measures that applicants can look forward to. Recently, Harvard also announced a need-based fee waiver acknowledging that this crisis has economically affected potential candidates. This measure was adopted with due consideration and sensitivity. The 2+2 applications have only one deadline with Round 3 which, for this year, have also been extended for this program to June 1 2020. They are not considered on a rolling basis but only after the deadline.<\/p>\n
